Perched on the 52th floor of Toranomon Hills Mori Tower within Andaz Tokyo, the SUSHI is an intimate counter space seating just 8 guests. Despite its high-rise setting, the room is intentionally windowless, shielding diners from the busy cityscape below so they can focus entirely on the chef's precise handiwork and the nuances of each seasonal ingredient.
The multi-course Edomae sushi meals progress thoughtfully, starting with seasonal small dishes and sashimi before moving on to nigiri, hand rolls, and red miso soup. The "Niji no Tsuki" menu, for example, opens with 3 seasonal small appetizers and a 3-piece sashimi assortment, followed by 10 pieces of nigiri, rolls, and a refreshing dessert, all delivered at a measured pace. Shari portions are kept deliberately compact, allowing the delicate qualities of each topping to stand out without feeling overly filling. Other dining options include "To no Tsuki," which expands the sashimi selection, and the premium "Tokusen Tora no Tsuki," incorporating land and sea delicacies.
Beverage pairings highlight the hotel's private-label sake along with tasting flights, wines, and cocktails. After dining, guests can unwind with city nightscapes in the adjacent bar area. Given the limited seating, reservations are essential before visiting.

Available courses include Niji no Tsuki (¥18,700) and To no Tsuki (¥22,000), each featuring 10 pieces of nigiri sushi and sashimi, as well as the Tokusen Tora no Tsuki (¥26,400) with specialty dishes and 7 selected pieces of nigiri (an additional 15% service charge applies).
We are closed on Wednesdays, and on other days we are open from 17:00 to 22:00.
